According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy in places, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the southeast of the Aegean, the interior parts of the Western Mediterranean, the Taurus Mountains section of the Eastern Mediterranean, the northeast of Central Anatolia, the interior parts of the Black Sea, the surroundings of Sinop and Samsun, and the north of Eastern Anatolia. 

The rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Artvin and Ardahan, as well as the northeastern districts of Erzurum.

It is estimated to be partly and slightly cloudy. The wind is expected to blow from the north and northeast directions, occasionally strong (40-60 km/h) in the south and west of the region.
