According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the northern and inner parts of the country will be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the north and east of Marmara, the Taurus section of the Mediterranean and the Eastern Mediterranean, the northern and southeastern parts of Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, the north of Eastern Anatolia, the surroundings of Kütahya, and the eastern districts of Van, while other places will be partly cloudy and clear.
The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in Kırklareli, the northern parts of Istanbul and Kocaeli, the Gulf of Iskenderun, the surroundings of Ordu, Trabzon, Rize, Artvin, Kars, and Ardahan, and the northern districts of Erzurum.

It is estimated that the region will be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms in the north and east of the region. The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in Kırklareli and the northern parts of Istanbul and Kocaeli after midday.
