According to the latest assessments by the Turkish State Meteorological Service (MGM), the northern, inner, and western parts of the country are expected to be partly to occasionally very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the inner parts of the Mediterranean, the Eastern Black Sea, the north of Eastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Afyonkarahisar, Adana, Osmaniye, Ankara, Eskişehir, Sivas, Kayseri, Niğde, and Tokat, the eastern districts of Ordu, and the western districts of Malatya, Konya, and Hatay; other areas are expected to be mostly clear and sunny.

Since precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the Eastern Black Sea, the northeast of Eastern Anatolia, the inner parts of the eastern Western Mediterranean, and the western districts of Konya, caution and precautions should be taken against potential negative consequences (flash floods, flooding, strong winds during precipitation, disruptions in transportation, etc.).
