Fatih Terim's team Al Shabab secures victory with a 90+7th-minute goal
Head coach Fatih Terim secured his first victory in the Saudi Pro League with his new team, Al Shabab, thanks to a goal scored in stoppage time.
In the 15th week of the Saudi Pro League, Al Shabab hosted Al Riyadh at the Al Shabab Stadium in Jeddah. The first half of the match ended 0-0, and Al Riyadh took a 1-0 lead with a goal from Yahya Al Shehri in the 56th minute. Al Shabab responded to this goal with Daniel Podence in the 72nd minute.
Abderazak Hamdallah scored the winning goal for Al Shabab in the 90+7th minute. Defeating their opponent 2-1, Al Shabab achieved their first victory in their second league match under the management of Fatih Terim. Having won for the first time in 4 league matches, Al Shabab increased their points to 26 and maintained their 6th place in the standings.
