Female employee abused children at a preschool: She beat them with a stick

The suspect, who was referred to the courthouse following police procedures, was captured on security cameras hitting the children with a stick, while teams from the Ministry of Family and Social Services also conducted inspections at the school.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, June 16, Wednesday, June 17, and Friday, June 19, at the private Huseyn Javid Azerbaijan International Kindergarten, which operates in the Cevatpaşa neighborhood of Bayrampaşa district and serves foreign students. It is alleged that A.B. (60), an employee at the kindergarten, hit the children with a stick while trying to put them down for an afternoon nap. It was also claimed that the same employee mistreated and physically intervened with some children while they were in the cafeteria.

Following the emergence of the allegations and subsequent complaints, police teams launched an investigation. The teams, who examined the security camera footage at the kindergarten, detained A.B., who appeared in the footage. After completing her procedures at the police station, A.B. was referred to the courthouse.

On the other hand, the footage reflected on the security cameras showed the suspect hitting the children with a stick before nap time, and in other footage, physically intervening with children in the cafeteria. Following the incident, teams from the Ministry of Family and Social Services arrived at the kindergarten to conduct inspections. It was learned that the judicial process regarding the incident is ongoing.
