18-year-old girl found dead in a park in Malatya
In Malatya, an 18-year-old girl was found dead, hanging in a gazebo located in a park within a residential complex.
The incident occurred in the morning hours in the Seyran neighborhood of the Yeşilyurt district. According to reports, citizens who saw a person hanging in the gazebo at the park within the Yeşil Evler housing complex notified the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. In the examination conducted by the teams, it was determined that the young girl, identified as B.N. (18), had lost her life.
While initial findings suggest that the incident was carried out by B.N. herself, the young girl's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute to determine the exact cause of death following the investigations at the scene.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
