Accident in Industry and Technology Minister Fatih Kacır's convoy: Provincial chairman loses his life
The convoy of Industry and Technology Minister Fatih Kacır, who was in Şanlıurfa, was involved in an accident at the Kabahaydar Junction on the way to the airport. Milli Yol Party Şanlıurfa Provincial Chairman Mehmet Kolkara lost his life in the accident.
An accident occurred in the AKP convoy that was on its way to see off Industry and Technology Minister Fatih Kacır and Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and AKP Şanlıurfa Deputy Bekir Bozdağ at the airport.
Milli Yol Party Şanlıurfa Provincial Chairman Mehmet Kolkara, who was injured in the accident, could not be saved despite the interventions made at the hospital.
6 INJURED, 1 CRITICAL
6 people were injured in the accident, 1 of them critically. It was learned that 2 of the injured, who were taken under treatment at the hospital, were security police officers. Following the accident, Şanlıurfa Governor Hasan Şıldak also went to the scene and received information from the authorities.
An investigation has been launched into the accident.
PROVINCIAL CHAIRMAN LOSES HIS LIFE
Milli Yol Party Şanlıurfa Provincial Chairman Mehmet Kolkara, who was taken to the hospital by ambulances called to the scene, could not be saved despite all interventions and lost his life.
Şanlıurfa Governor Hasan Şıldak, who went to the scene after the accident, received information from the officials.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
