Atatürk's original signatures shared!
The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) has shared six original signatures used by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the republic, throughout his life. It was noted that Atatürk's signatures differ from those currently in circulation, and that the original signatures are those found on official documents.
Officials also shared with members of the press photographs featuring 6 different original signatures of Atatürk.
The photographs feature the original signatures used by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk while serving as the Anafartalar Group Commander in 1915, as Chairman of the Representative Committee in 1919, after the victory at the Battle of Sakarya in 1921, as Commander-in-Chief following the Great Offensive in 1922, after the Alphabet Reform in 1928, and after the Surname Law in 1934.
