The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry continues to expose fraudulent companies in the food sector.

As a result of the analyses conducted, these companies that put human health at risk are being announced to the public via the "guvenilirgida.tarimorman.gov.tr" address.

THE MINISTRY HAS UPDATED THE LIST

New companies were added to the list with the update made on November 11.

The names of food fraudsters in Istanbul, Manisa, Bursa, Izmir, Tokat, and Mersin have been exposed one by one.

FRAUD IN GROUND MEAT AND DONER DREW ATTENTION

The most striking points were the detection of horse and donkey meat instead of ground meat, tongue meat instead of doner, and vegetable oil inside kashar cheese.

Furthermore, it was revealed that processed cheese, which was claimed to be made with sheep's milk, did not actually contain any sheep's milk.
