Caught by the husband of the woman he was having an affair with: Fell from the balcony while trying to escape

The incident took place in an apartment on the 4th floor of a 5-story building located on 6645 Street in the Hasas neighborhood. According to the information obtained, 26-year-old Mikail Özkulluk, who had been in a relationship for some time with 36-year-old N.A., a married woman he met on social media, went to her house last night as planned. After chatting for a while, N.A. and Mikail Özkulluk went to the bedroom, and while they were spending time there, the woman's husband, N.G.A. (35), arrived home.

The young man, caught by the husband in the home of the married woman he was having an affair with, was stunned and attempted to escape from the bedroom balcony in a semi-nude state. The young man, who tried to climb down from the 4th-floor balcony by holding onto a drainpipe, fell into the apartment garden after the pipe broke, sustaining injuries.

Despite his injuries, the young man tried to get up and flee, but collapsed on the side of the road after leaving the apartment garden. After being noticed by citizens a short while later, a report was made to the 112 Emergency Call Center stating that "there is an individual lying motionless on the ground." Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Neighborhood and bazaar watchmen who arrived at the scene in a short time provided the first intervention to the person lying motionless on the ground.

While the watchmen took off their coats to cover the individual to keep him warm, it was determined that the person had fractures in his arms and various parts of his body.

The 112 Emergency Assistance teams that arrived at the scene transported the injured man by ambulance to the Aksaray Training and Research Hospital Emergency Department. The young man, who was taken under treatment, could not be saved despite all interventions and lost his life.

Following the incident, the Murder Bureau of the Provincial Security Directorate's Public Security Branch launched a comprehensive investigation and, reaching the details of the incident in a short time, took the woman named N.A. and her husband N.G.A. into custody. The couple, whose statements were taken at the Hasandağı Police Station, were later released as part of the investigation initiated by the Aksaray Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
