Chilling murder in Antalya! He killed her mother in front of her son... The details are shocking

The horrific incident occurred in the Duacı neighborhood of Antalya's Kepez district on August 1, around 00:00. 48-year-old Mehmet A. took his ex-girlfriend, 43-year-old Aynur Çilli, and her 8-year-old son, Bulutcan Çilli, to a wooded area in the Duacı neighborhood at midnight under the pretext of talking. There, Mehmet A. forced Aynur Çilli out of the vehicle and killed his ex-girlfriend. Afterward, Mehmet A. left the scene with the child. Upon reports of a woman's body being found in the wooded area, gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. While medical teams determined that the woman had lost her life, gendarmerie teams identified the body as belonging to Aynur Çilli.

During their investigation, the gendarmerie determined that Aynur Çilli had been living with Mehmet A. and went to his home in the Doğuyaka neighborhood for further inquiry. The gendarmerie apprehended Mehmet A. as he was heading to the house. Subsequently, an inspection of the home revealed the lifeless body of Bulutcan Çilli. The bodies of the deceased mother and son were taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for autopsy.

Murder suspect Mehmet A. was arrested and sent to prison by the courthouse where he was referred after his statement. It was learned that Mehmet A. had a criminal record for 17 different offenses and had been married 5 times, while his girlfriend, Aynur Çilli, had a criminal record for 20 different offenses.

THE MOTHER'S FINAL MESSAGE REVEALED

The indictment prepared by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has been accepted by the Antalya 4th High Criminal Court. The indictment, prepared ahead of the first hearing to be held on November 21, details how the suspect committed the brutal murders.

The indictment first included the text messages exchanged between Aynur Çilli and Mehmet A. An examination of Aynur Çilli's mobile phone highlighted that one day before she was killed, her ex-boyfriend insistently requested to meet with her via social media, sending the message, “Aynur, can we meet? I miss you so much. Should I come and pick you up?” In response, Aynur Çilli wrote, “Bulut wants his bicycle. If you give it to him, I'll come. He cried again. He runs after children without bicycles. Look, don't talk nonsense like 'it's Ahmet' or 'it's Mehmet'. I'll come, because I'm very tired. I'm not in a state to listen to your nagging,” after which she accepted the meeting offer.

HE KILLED HER IN FRONT OF THE CHILD'S EYES

According to the indictment, on Thursday, August 1, at 00:00, Mehmet A. picked up Aynur Çilli and her 8-year-old son, Bulutcan Çilli, in his car and went to the wooded area in Masadağı. There, Mehmet A. forced the woman out of the vehicle and struck the unfortunate woman's head repeatedly with a cleaver he had brought with him, in front of her child. Mehmet A. then crushed Aynur Çilli's head with a stone and cut off her fingers. Afterward, he took Bulutcan Çilli, who was crying in the car, to his home in the Doğuyaka neighborhood.

There, he killed the young child by binding his hands, feet, and neck in what is known as the 'hogtie' method. Planning to get rid of the child he had killed, Mehmet A. went to a market to buy bags to carry the body. Mehmet A. was apprehended by gendarmerie teams while returning to the house and stated that he was remorseful.

The Public Prosecutor has requested two counts of aggravated life imprisonment without parole for the defendant Mehmet A. on charges of 'premeditated murder of a woman with monstrous intent', 'deprivation of liberty', 'murder of a child by causing suffering', 'concealing a crime', and 'destruction of evidence'.
