Details of taxi driver murder emerge

It was observed that the murder suspect had assaulted the taxi driver and caused a dispute at the taxi stand some time before the incident, after attempting to take the key to the stand's restroom.

According to footage captured by security cameras, an individual identified as S.G., who reportedly worked as a street perfume vendor in Kuşadası, arrived at the taxi stand to use the restroom.

When S.G. requested the key to the restroom and was refused, he started an argument.

S.G., who repeatedly confronted Vural İşçen and other taxi drivers at the stand, was eventually calmed down and escorted away by police who arrived at the scene.

Despite all efforts, the murder suspect S.G., who was seen failing to calm down or leave the area, began to follow the taxi driver Vural İşçen, with whom he had fought.

A short time later, the murder suspect S.G. followed the taxi driver, who had set out to pick up a customer, on a motorcycle and stabbed Vural İşçen in front of the Nazilli Public Market on the Davutlar road.

The taxi driver, who was seriously injured by the blows and reported the situation to his colleagues via the vehicle radio, was taken to the hospital by medical teams arriving at the scene, but could not be saved and lost his life.
