In the field investigation conducted by Dicle Elektrik teams, it was determined that an external and illegal connection had been made to the main power line passing over the grain warehouse. The teams, who saw that the charging cable belonging to the electric vehicle was connected to this line without any safety precautions, were shocked by the scale of the illegal usage. The setup, which was used almost like an illegal charging point for the electric vehicle, was dismantled with the intervention of the teams. While all details of the incident were recorded in a report, a penalty report was issued against the vehicle owner, F.P., for illegal electricity usage in accordance with regulations.

It was emphasized that charging an electric vehicle with illegal electricity not only leads to energy loss but also poses serious dangers in terms of life and property safety. It was stated that charging electric vehicles, which require high power, with non-standard connections could lead to serious risks such as fires, electric shocks, and grid failures, and could also endanger the life and property safety of nearby citizens. While it was pointed out that the detected setup was a dangerous practice that completely ignored safety rules, it was reported that Dicle Elektrik teams are continuing their inspections in the region without interruption.
