Germany national team manager Julian Nagelsmann has become the youngest manager in the tournament's history.
Nagelsmann took charge of his team in the match against Scotland at the age of 36 years and 327 days.
The German manager surpassed the record held by Srecko Katanec, who managed Slovenia at EURO 2000 at the age of 36 years and 333 days.
YAMAL IS THE YOUNGEST PLAYER
Spanish player Lamine Yamal became the youngest footballer to play in the tournament's history by competing against Croatia at the age of 16 years and 338 days.
Previously, the record was held by Polish player Kacper Kozlowski, who played in the tournament at the age of 17 years and 246 days.
FASTEST GOAL BY BAJRAMI
Albanian player Nedim Bajrami has scored the fastest goal in European Championship history.
Finding the back of the net in the 23rd second against Italy, Bajrami has claimed the record for the fastest goal.
The previous record belonged to Russian player Dmitri Kirichenko, who scored against Greece in the 67th second at EURO 2004.
YOUNGEST CAPTAIN SZOBOSZLAI
Hungarian footballer Dominik Szoboszlai has become the youngest captain in the history of the championship.
Szoboszlai set a new record by captaining Hungary in the match against Switzerland at the age of 23 years and 234 days.
RONALDO BECOMES FIRST PLAYER TO PLAY IN 6 TOURNAMENTS
Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo has become the first footballer to play in 6 European Championships after taking the field against Czechia.
The experienced footballer, who previously competed in EURO 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020, also holds the record for the most appearances (26) and the most goals scored (14) in the tournament's history.
THE OLDEST PLAYER IN THE TOURNAMENT IS PORTUGAL'S PEPE
Portugal's defender Pepe has earned the title of the oldest player in the history of the European Championship.
Pepe wore his team's jersey in the match against Czechia at the age of 41 years and 113 days.
The experienced player broke the record of 40 years and 86 days held by Hungarian goalkeeper Gabor Kiraly, who is remembered by football fans for the grey sweatpants he wore during matches.
