Father's reaction to son fleeing from police: I wish they had shot you in the head

According to the information obtained, the incident occurred in Esenyurt Neighborhood, where M.C., who was driving a car, did not comply with the 'stop' order from police teams.

A chase ensued between the teams and M.C. As M.C. continued to drive dangerously in traffic despite the teams' persistent warnings, the police fired at the tires of the car with license plate 38 AJH 259, which M.C. was driving, and apprehended him.

Checks revealed that M.C. had a blood alcohol level of 0.80 promille.

The father of M.C., who was taken into custody, arrived at the scene and, upon seeing the flat tires, reacted to his son by saying, "I wish they had shot you in the head instead of the tires."

Meanwhile, M.C. was issued a total administrative fine of 13,602 TL for the offenses of 'failing to comply with a stop order,' 'dangerous lane changing,' and 'driving under the influence,' and his driver's license was suspended for 6 months.

Additionally, judicial proceedings have been initiated against M.C. for the crime of 'endangering traffic safety.'
