UTTS ensures that vehicle license plate information is automatically transmitted to the Payment Recording Device (ÖKC) during fuel purchases.

The TTB (Vehicle Identification Unit) installed in vehicles is read by the Vehicle Identification Reader (TTO), transferring the license plate information to the ÖKC without the need for manual entry. The ÖKC receipt issued after refueling includes information indicating that it is within the scope of UTTS. Fuel stations are required to install at least 1 Nozzle Communication Module (TİM) and 2 TTOs on at least one pump island.

Vehicle owners who have completed the TTB registration and application process via the UTTS website must finish the installation process by June 30, regardless of whether their fuel expenses are to be declared as business expenses. Authorities are urging taxpayers to take action before the deadline to avoid punitive sanctions and grievances.
