He killed his sister, critically wounded his mother, and committed suicide

The incident occurred at approximately 21:45 in the central Selçuklu district on Caferçelebi Street in the Şeker neighborhood. 

According toallegations, during an incident at a residential complex on the street, a person whose name has not yet beenidentified argued with his sisterwho wasat home. 

During the argument, the individual shot his sister and mother with a handgun he had with him, then committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.

Upon notification by neighbors, numerouspolice and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. 

In their initialintervention, medical teams determined that the man and his sister had lost their lives in the incident, while the mother, who was critically wounded, was given initialtreatment andthen transported to Necmettin Erbakan UniversityFacultyof Medicine Hospitalfor treatment. 

It was learned that the injured woman'slifeisstillin danger. An investigation into the incidentis ongoing.
