Indictment completed in Narin Güran murder case! Uncle Salim Güran is the number one defendant

Narin Güran had not been heard from since she set off for home after leaving her Quran course on August 21. While her family waited in anxiety, the Diyarbakır Police launched a large-scale search.

On the 19th day of the search, Narin's lifeless body was found in a sack in the Eğertutmaz Stream, 1.5 kilometers from her home. This chilling discovery revealed that the little girl had been a victim of murder.

According to the report by Hüseyin Kaçar from Sabah, evidence found by a special team from Ankara has been added to the case file regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing in Diyarbakır on August 21 and whose body was reached 19 days later. The indictment for the investigation has been prepared.

INDICTMENT READY

Prosecutors, gathered under the chairmanship of Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor Mustafa Çelenk, have prepared the indictment regarding the Narin Güran murder.

The indictment emphasizes that the murder was carried out in a planned manner and that attempts were made to cover up evidence. Chief Prosecutor Çelenk stated that the indictment would be sent to the high criminal court and that justice would be served.

In the indictment, the village headman and uncle, Salim Güran, is named as the number one defendant in the murder.

It is stated that the headman organized the murder and caused Narin's death by collaborating with other suspects.

The indictment states that the accusations are based on serious evidence and that there is proof that many of the defendants were at the scene of the crime.

22 DEFENDANTS TO BE TRIED

If the indictment is accepted by the high criminal court, the trial process for a total of 22 defendants, 12 of whom are in custody, will begin.
