New campaign from TOKİ: Housing and workplace sales begin in these cities

TOKİ will offer properties for sale in 43 provinces for those looking to own homes and workplaces.

Residences will be offered with a 25 percent down payment and a 120-month maturity option, while workplaces will be available with a 15 percent down payment and a 60-month maturity. Application dates, prices, and locations are attracting significant interest.

TOKİ will sell residential and commercial properties in 43 provinces, including Istanbul, Ankara, and Bursa. As part of the sales, a 25 percent down payment and a 120-month maturity option will be offered for residences. The deadlines for applications have been set as Monday, August 19 for residences and Tuesday, August 20 for commercial properties.

The application process for TOKİ in 43 provinces will end in just 6 days. Offering attractive opportunities to citizens, TOKİ will put 310 residences and workplaces up for sale via auction on August 20 and 21. TOKİ offers a 15% down payment and a 60-month maturity option for workplaces, while providing options of a 25% down payment and 120-month maturity or a 25% down payment and 72-month maturity for residences.

According to information received from TOKİ, buyers will be able to acquire residential and commercial properties in Edirne, Sakarya, Bursa, Balıkesir, Aydın, İzmir, Denizli, Eskişehir, Afyonkarahisar, Ankara, Konya, Kırıkkale, Nevşehir, Kırşehir, Çorum, Karaman, Kayseri, Zonguldak, Samsun, Trabzon, Rize, Erzurum, Siirt, Tunceli, Kars, Batman, Adana, and Hakkari with options of a 25% down payment and a 72-month maturity, or a 25% down payment and a 120-month maturity.

Workplaces in Istanbul, Tekirdağ, Kırklareli, Bursa, Edirne, Yalova, Afyonkarahisar, Ankara, Karaman, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Gaziantep, Isparta, Manisa, Sinop, Osmaniye, Malatya, Kütahya, Erzincan, Kastamonu, Giresun, Trabzon, Kırşehir, Konya, Şanlıurfa, and Kars will be offered with a 15% down payment and a 60-month installment option.

Residential property sales will be held via auction on Tuesday, August 20, and commercial property sales on Wednesday, August 21. The auctions will take place at The Green Park Hotel in Ankara and the TOKİ İstanbul Service Building.

Those who wish to participate in the online auction will be able to register until 10:30 AM on August 19, 2024, for residential properties, and until 10:30 AM on August 20 for commercial properties.

Banking transactions related to the auction will be conducted by Türkiye Halk Bankası and Ziraat Bankası. Applications and deposits can be made at all branches of these banks.
