New details in the illicit affair scandal between flight attendants and pilots: 'What's the big deal, we're just messing around'

The affair scandal, which became the subject of two separate divorce cases involving the husband of the flight attendant and the wife of captain pilot Emre Cömert—who was even the advertising face of the airline he worked for—led the flight attendant's pilot husband to file for divorce in the Istanbul 15th and 16th Family Courts. New details regarding the scandal have emerged. The case file contains shameful statements as evidence.

A 3-YEAR RELATIONSHIP AT A GÖKTÜRK RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX...

According to information entered into two separate court files, the pilot and the flight attendant maintained a relationship for 3 years despite both being married. The pair held their meetings at a house located in a residential complex in Göktürk belonging to another pilot, a close friend of the pilot. Entry and exit records to the complex and camera footage were included in the case file.

Beyond all this, it was also revealed that the pilots kept a list of the flight attendants they were with and shared it in WhatsApp groups. All of the correspondence entered into the case file as evidence consists of lewd language.

THEY SHARED EXPLICIT IMAGES WITH THEIR FRIENDS

According to the report in Sözcü, the name of the WhatsApp group where pilot Emre Cömert and his colleagues discussed the flight attendants they were with was 'Talented flight attendants'. Group correspondence, which contains many immoral expressions of a type we cannot include in the report, is also included in the case file as evidence. It was revealed that the pilots filmed the flight attendants they were with and shared the footage with their friends.

A DEFENSE THAT DEFIES BELIEF: "WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL, WE'RE JUST JOKING AROUND"

Statements indicating that his wife noticed the mutual video sharing and that he replied, "What's the big deal, we're just joking around" when she reacted, were also included in the file.

The petition added to the case stated: "Emre, in particular, constantly engaged in inappropriate, sexually explicit conversations with his close circle of friends about 'flight attendants they stayed with at layover hotels,' and acted disrespectfully toward the institution of marriage and his wife by sharing immoral videos." Additionally, the evidence file contains the statement: "It is seen that he watched videos containing naked women in the video footage recorded in the common residence."
