New development in the Narin Güran murder investigation: Court orders forced appearance for father and brother

A new development has occurred in the investigation into the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found 19 days after she went missing in Diyarbakır’s Bağlar district.

Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court issued an order for 23 people, including Narin’s father Arif Güran and elder brother Baran Güran, to be brought in by force in connection with the murder.

The incident in Tavşantepe Village deepened further after the lifeless body of Narin, who had been missing for 19 days, was found. 

As part of the investigation being conducted to shed light on the case, this decision by the court is seen as an important step toward identifying the perpetrators of the murder.

According to Ferit Demir, the order to bring them in by force, as stated in the court record, is of critical importance for solving Narin Güran’s murder. 

Authorities plan to take statements from these people depending on the course of the investigation.

While Narin Güran’s death has caused widespread public reaction, efforts to clarify the case are continuing. 

All eyes are now on the court process.
