New development regarding the baby injured in a neighbor dispute in Yalova: Had been receiving treatment for three days
In the Çınarcık district of Yalova, a 14-month-old baby girl who suffered a fractured skull following an attack by neighbors with whom there was a dispute over noise from children has been discharged after 3 days of treatment.
According to the information received, numerous disputes had occurred between the Baca family, who have 4 children and moved into a house they bought a year ago in the Esenköy town of Çınarcık, and the E. family living in the same building, due to issues such as noise from children, parking, and an illegal balcony enclosure.
Most recently, on February 20, Muhammed Baca (34) was attacked by Şener E. with a child's scooter while he was holding his 14-month-old daughter, İkra. During the attack, the father's nose was broken, and his 14-month-old daughter İkra suffered a fractured skull. The injured father and daughter were taken to Yalova Training and Research Hospital for treatment.
Şener E., who was detained after the incident, was arrested by the court and sent to prison. The other suspect, Selvet E., who had previously been issued a restraining order, was released.
Little İkra was discharged after 3 days of treatment. The family, who returned to their home in Esenköy, shared footage on social media of the little girl reuniting and playing with her older brothers.
The family also denied allegations that their child had hit her head on a vehicle dashboard.
