Across Turkey, housing sales in July increased by 16 percent compared to the same month of the previous year, while housing sales to foreigners decreased by 16.1 percent in the same period. In July, 2 thousand 350 houses were sold to foreigners.

According to TUIK data, the share of house sales to foreigners within total house sales in July was 1.8 percent. The ranking of provinces with the highest number of house sales to foreigners remained unchanged at the top.
