KharkivRegional Governor Oleh Syniehubov statedin astatementthat "missile attacks in the center of Kharkivnearly destroyeda five-story building," noting that two ballistic missileshit thearea.
Syniehubov, who reported that rescue teams are at the scene, said that 16 of the 25 injured are in the hospital and one is in critical condition.said.
