Search efforts for Rojin, who went missing in Van, enter their 11th day

Search efforts for university student Rojin Kabaiş, who has been missing in Van since September 27, continue on their 11th day.

Kabaiş, a student in the Preschool Teaching Department at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University (YYÜ) who told her friends she was going to the beach to collect pebbles, has not been heard from since September 27.

Search efforts for Kabaiş, whose mobile phone and headphones were found on the shore, are being conducted by the Coast Guard Van Lake Group Command, the Provincial Gendarmerie Command, the Provincial Security Directorate's Seamen and Navigation Services Bureau and Underwater Group Command, and AFAD diving teams using underwater imaging devices.

Teams searching the abandoned structures and reed beds in the vicinity of the Bardakçı neighborhood near the coast, as well as reviewing security camera footage, are continuing their operations in the coastal area.

Kabaiş's family and relatives continue to wait in the area where the search is being conducted.
