While the winner of the competition was Ayliz Duman, who was born in Germany; İlayda Anık came in second, Sude Alkan third, Ezgi Yalçın fourth, and Menekşe Aras fifth.

With this title she won, Ayliz Duman will represent Turkey at the 73rd Miss Universe beauty pageant to be held in Mexico City, Mexico, on November 16, 2024.

Stating that she is proud to represent Turkey on the world stage, Duman thanked everyone who supported her during this process.

Expressing her feelings in a post on her social media account, Duman said, "It was an incredibly exciting night. I would like to sincerely thank everyone who made this experience possible. It was an unforgettable night with the effort, passion, and dedication of everyone who participated."

Continuing her words, Duman stated, "Being a part of this experience is a great chance. Beyond the excitement of the competition, my most valuable gain was meeting and connecting with you all. This journey was unforgettable for me, and I am grateful to you all."

Responding to questions about aesthetics on the program "Aramızda Kalmasın" (Let It Stay Between Us), Duman said, "Of course, everything about me is natural. I had lip filler at 18, other than that I have no aesthetic procedures."

While stating that most of the comments she received were positive, Duman made the statement, "I received 85 percent positive comments, but there were also those who criticized me as an 'aesthetic beauty'."
