In Aksaray, a woman who screamed for help in a park by shouting 'They are raping me' caused an uproar in the neighborhood. The woman then assaulted those who came to her aid.
The incident took place at Kent Park on Atatürk Boulevard in the Paşacık neighborhood. According to the information obtained, neighborhood residents were awakened at midnight by a woman's screams. The woman, who was shouting "They are raping me, help me," caused alarm among the citizens.
Some citizens who heard the screams called the 112 Emergency Call Center to report the incident, while others did not remain indifferent to the woman's cries and ran to her side. A young man who went to the woman to help was taken by surprise.
The woman, who pushed and shoved the young man who came to help and hurled threats at others who arrived, assaulted the young man by kicking him.
While the events were captured on camera, the woman, who both asked for help and assaulted those who came to help, and then showered them with profanity while shouting "Don't come closer," kept calling people on her phone. After a while, police teams arrived at the scene, put the woman in a vehicle, and took her to the police station.
