Shocking claim from Salim Güran's lawyer in the Narin Güran murder case: '177 times in 4 months...'

With only a few days left until the second hearing of the Narin Güran murder case, a new claim has been put forward.

While the mystery surrounding the death of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing in Diyarbakır and whose lifeless body was found 19 days later, remains unsolved, life imprisonment has been requested for mother Yüksel Güran, brother Enes Güran, uncle Salim Güran, and Nevzat Bahtiyar, who confessed to burying the body in the Eğertutmaz Stream.

NO CONFESSION IN THE FIRST HEARING

During the first hearing held on November 7, the contradictory statements of the defendants drew attention, and no confession was made.

Taking the floor in court, the confessor Nevzat Bahtiyar claimed that uncle Salim Güran killed Narin, stating, "Salim said, 'Narin saw my affair with Yüksel, so I strangled her. You will dispose of the body.' I then took Narin's body and buried it in the Eğertutmaz Stream."

HTS records revealed that the 4 defendants were together during the hours of the murder on the day of the incident.

CLAIM FROM SALIM GÜRAN'S LAWYER: 'HE CALLED 177 TIMES IN 4 MONTHS'

With only a few days left until the second hearing on December 26, a striking claim came from Onur Akdağ, the lawyer for uncle Salim Güran.

Salim Güran's lawyer, Onur Akdağ, alleged that Nevzat Bahtiyar was having an illicit affair with Ayşe, the wife of his brother Mehmet Bahtiyar.

“NEVZAT BAHTİYAR WITH HIS BROTHER'S WIFE…”

In a statement on his social media account, lawyer Onur Akdağ said, "There are a total of 177 CALLS and MISSED CALLS between Nevzat BAHTİYAR and Ayşe BAHTİYAR, who is the wife of his brother Mehmet BAHTİYAR, in the 4-month period before the Narin incident! When we examine the communication records sent to the file by the BTK, we see that Nevzat does not even have this many call records with his own brother Mehmet!"

Stating that Nevzat Bahtiyar committed the murder and slandered Salim Güran, Akdağ continued his words as follows:

'It appears that what Nevzat has actually experienced in his own life has been reflected as a slander he cast upon Salim and Yüksel in his own mind.'
