Shocking development in the Narin Güran case! 'I am Narin' message sent to father's phone

It has emerged that while search efforts were ongoing for Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found in the Eğertutmaz Stream 19 days after she went missing in Diyarbakır, a message reading "I am Narin" was sent to her father Arif Güran's phone from Iğdır.

The indictment prepared regarding the murder of Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 in the rural Tavşantepe neighborhood of Diyarbakır's Bağlar district and whose body was found in the Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8, has been accepted by the court.

According to a report by Medyascope, as the court process approaches with the first hearing set for November 7, new documents entered into the case file have revealed interesting details regarding the investigation.

According to the report prepared by the Gendarmerie, a message reading “I am Narin” was sent to Narin’s father’s phone on August 26.

Upon the father reporting this situation to the Gendarmerie, teams identified the phone number from which the message was sent.

WHO SENT THE MESSAGE?

As a result of the investigations, teams determined that the message came from the phone of a woman named G.E. living in Iğdır. According to the report prepared by the Gendarmerie Intelligence Branch Directorate, it was determined that G.E. had not traveled to Diyarbakır in the last 5 days and that her phone last signaled in the center of Iğdır.

Information that the woman is a housewife and has a criminal record for crimes such as intentional injury, threats, and insults was also among the information included in the file.

The report prepared regarding the incident was sent to the public prosecutor conducting the investigation. The prosecutor gave instructions that no action should be taken unless Narin’s father, Arif Güran, filed a complaint. According to the prosecutor, if the family filed a complaint, an investigation would have been launched against G.E. for the crime of “disturbing the peace and tranquility of individuals.”

FATHER DID NOT FILE A COMPLAINT

The Gendarmerie conveyed the prosecutor's instructions to Arif Güran.

Stating that he was focusing his efforts on his daughter's disappearance, the father, Güran, indicated that he would not file a complaint against the person who sent the message for the time being, while reserving his right to do so.

Following father Arif Güran's decision not to file a complaint, it was announced that no action would be taken regarding the message sent from Iğdır.
