Shocking testimony in the Narin Güran case! 'She had used my toothbrush, will anything come of it?'

A 12-page indictment has been prepared by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against 4 suspects regarding the murder of Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 in Tavşantepe Neighborhood and whose lifeless body was found in Eğertutmaz Creek on September 8.

It was stated that an analysis report was prepared by the gendarmerie in line with the detailed examination of HTS and base station records regarding the suspects.

HTS AND BASE STATION RECORDS

The indictment, which states that an expert was appointed to determine the exact locations of the suspects by utilizing HTS and base station records, noted that the relevant expert personally went to Tavşantepe Neighborhood and conducted physical measurements with gendarmerie personnel at the locations where the incident took place, identified the main and secondary base stations providing service, and prepared a report as a result of the measurements and base station identification.

UNCLE SALIM GÜRAN WENT TO THE PLACE WHERE THE BODY WAS LEFT

The indictment, which states that camera recordings overlooking Eğertutmaz Creek were examined in detail in line with the possibility that family members and suspects knew the location where Narin Güran's lifeless body was found, stated that it was determined that a vehicle was moving towards the location where the body was found at around 22:35 on the day of the incident, stopped in the area where the body was found at 22:48, and started to return at around 22:55. It was stated that when this matter is evaluated within the framework of the expert report on the narrow-area base study and the HTS analysis report, it was clearly determined that the person who came to the place where the body was found in the camera recordings was the suspect Salim Güran.

In the indictment, it was noted that it is understood that the suspect knew the place where the body was left and clearly revealed that he went there for control purposes on the day of the incident.

TOOTHBRUSH DETAIL

The indictment, which states that the records of the calls made by the older brother Enes Güran from the Diyarbakır No. 1 T-Type Closed Penal Execution Institution where he is imprisoned were also examined, shared the following information:

"In the examination and review conducted by our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the records of numerous phone calls and closed visits, it was determined that during a phone call Enes had with his younger sibling on September 17, he stated, 'Brother, don't talk to anyone, take care of yourself,' and in a call with his older brother Baran Güran, he asked several times, referring to the forensic report, 'Has the report arrived?', and in one call, he asked his brother, 'Narin had used my toothbrush, will anything come of it?'"

The following statements were included in the indictment:

"Although all investigation procedures are being carried out through the file numbered 2024/46201 of our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, considering that the crime attributed to the suspects Salim Güran, Nevzat Bahtiyar, Enes Güran, and Yüksel Güran falls within the jurisdiction of the high criminal court due to its nature and quality, and that investigation procedures regarding some suspects continue on the main investigation file, a separation decision has been made regarding the suspects of our file in order to prevent the file from being delayed for the suspects."

THE REQUESTED SENTENCE HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED

In the indictment, an aggravated life sentence is requested for the imprisoned suspects, uncle Salim Güran, mother Yüksel Güran, older brother Enes Güran, and Nevzat Bahtiyar, for the crime of "intentional killing of a child in complicity."
