Simge Sağın reveals she was also a victim of sexual abuse
A new name has been added to the recent wave of celebrities sharing their experiences with sexual abuse. Successful singer Simge Sağın stated that she was sexually abused when she was a child but remained silent because she was afraid.
In a post on her social media account, Sağın stated that she had been sexually abused in the past but remained silent because she was young.
Sağın expressed the following in her post: "We have all been through things… Unfortunately, I also experienced abuse at a young age. :( I was a child, I was small… I was afraid, I stayed silent… We stayed silent. But now we know: As we stayed silent, the angel-faced devils multiplied. The day has changed now!
Everyone who abuses, commits crimes, and hurts others will be exposed one by one! No evil will be able to remain hidden.
Because silence makes the wound grow, but speaking heals the wound. Now we are speaking. Now we are not staying silent.
My sisters! Do not be afraid, do not stay silent. Let this darkness end, let this evil end.
