It was determined that the suspect mother, Yüksel Güran, displayed attitudes and behaviors from the first hours of the day of the incident indicating she knew Narin had passed away, made statements containing fear and anxiety alongside grief, such as 'How can I save Enes?', and that her sister Yasemin's words during the argument on the day Narin's lifeless body was found, 'If you had told the truth, this wouldn't have happened,' as well as suspect Nevzat Bahtiyar's consistent statements in his defense regarding a possible relationship between Yüksel and Salim Güran, and his statements that she watched and cried while her lifeless body was being taken away by the suspect named Nevzat, indicate that she acted with the intent of complicity with the other suspects."

"In the HTS records regarding the suspects, it was assessed that mother Yüksel Güran was at her residence when her phone was turned off at 14:28 on the day of the incident and was still at her residence when it was turned on at 15:38 on the same day; brother Enes Güran was at his residence when his phone was turned off at 14:30 on the day of the incident and was still at the residence when it was turned on at 15:41 on the same day; and uncle Salim Güran left his residence at approximately 14:52 on the day of the incident and was in the vicinity of Arif Güran's residence until 15:19."
