According to the latest forecasts by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the country overall is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected in the northeast of Marmara, the Taurus Mountains region of the Mediterranean, the north of Central Anatolia (except Sivas), the Black Sea, the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Kırşehir, Nevşehir, Aksaray, Niğde, Kütahya, Osmaniye, Adana, and Hatay.
