-Its military structure includes 10 brigades, reconnaissance teams, and sniper regiments.

-Attack decisions are made in the 'Fath al-Mubin Operations Room.' The purpose of this center is to establish coordination among armed groups.

-It has military recruitment offices in Idlib.

THEY ARE COLLECTING MONEY FOR WAR IN TURKEY

-They are collecting money in Turkey for the purpose of procuring weapons. They provide financial aid to the families of those who died in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Syria. They create mosques under the name of associations. They act as intermediaries for those who want to cross into Syria illegally.

They carried out suicide attacks

-HTS is in search of acceptance by presenting a moderate opposition image.

-Its sources of income are not transparent. It is known that income is generated from kidnapping for ransom and historical artifact smuggling.

-It has also carried out actions against Christians, Nusayris, and other minorities it views as non-religious.

-HTS is emerging as a significant and serious threat to our country for today. DAESH has lost its former strength. In such an environment, considering its economic means, human and weapon resources, ideology, and the propaganda activities it conducts to spread this ideology, it is predicted that HTS could emerge more strongly.

-Although it does not have an armed action in our country, the fact that they continue their activities to gain a base and recruit members via social media and the internet, that they had close relations in the past with terrorist organizations like Al-Qaeda and DAESH which carried out terrorist attacks that caused the deaths of many of our citizens, that its members can transition between organizations, that they are fed by the same ideological sources, and considering the armed actions they have carried out in the regions where they have power, as well as court rulings and the decisions of international organizations that are also approved by our country, it is evaluated as a terrorist organization.
