TOKİ puts 173 plots of land up for sale in 32 provinces: What are the terms

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change's Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) has put 173 plots of land in 32 provinces, including Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir, up for sale, and has also offered a recreation area in Istanbul for lease.

A total of 173 plots of land, covering an area of 6 million 887 thousand 928 square meters with an estimated value of 6 billion 652 million 259 thousand 73 Turkish Lira, located in Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bayburt, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Hatay, Isparta, Istanbul, Izmir, Karabük, Kayseri, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Malatya, Mersin, Muğla, Muş, Niğde, Siirt, Sivas, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Uşak, and Van, will be sold via public auction.

The auction for the lease of a recreational area in Istanbul will be held on August 29 at 10:30. The sessions will take place at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center and the TOKİ İstanbul Service Building. Bids can also be submitted online.

Buyers will be able to acquire plots designated for residential, commercial, industrial, unplanned land, social and cultural facility areas, and gas station sites with a 25 percent down payment and a 48-month maturity period.

Among the plots offered for sale are recreation and residential areas in Etimesgut, Ankara; agricultural and livestock facility areas in Bayburt; residential and commercial areas in Diyarbakır; residential and recreation areas in Istanbul; and industrial storage and residential areas in İzmir.
