Trustee appointed to Yılmaz Büyükerşen's foundation
A trustee has been appointed to the Education, Health and Scientific Research Studies Foundation (ESBAV) after former Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yılmaz Büyükerşen and 6 other board members were removed from their positions.
The trial of former Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yılmaz Büyükerşen and other administrators on the ESBAV Board of Directors for the crime of 'Abuse of Trust Due to Service' is ongoing.
However, a lawsuit was filed by the General Directorate of Foundations for the appointment of a trustee to the foundation.
As a result of the case heard in Ankara, Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Büyükerşen and 6 members were removed from the foundation.
It was learned that Serpil Karaer has been appointed as the trustee to the foundation, which also includes the Private Çağdaş Schools.
