Which channel and what time is the Turkish Cup draw?
It is time for the Ziraat Turkish Cup quarter-final and semi-final draw! With the draw taking place on Thursday, March 6, teams Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Konyaspor, Trabzonspor, Bodrum FK, Galatasaray, Göztepe, and İskenderunspor will learn their opponents for the quarter-finals and, should they advance, the semi-finals.
Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Konyaspor, and Trabzonspor will participate in the draw as seeded teams.
Bodrum FK, Galatasaray, Göztepe, and İskenderunspor will be in the second pot.
Two teams that emerged from the same group will not be able to be paired against each other.
Quarter-final matches will be played as single-leg ties at the home grounds of the seeded teams.
The location, time, and broadcaster for the Ziraat Turkish Cup draw have also been announced. In an announcement made by the Turkish Football Federation, it was stated, "The draw will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 14:30. The draw will be broadcast live on A Spor."
The group stage matches in the Turkish Cup are behind us, but the debates seem set to continue. There have been various criticisms regarding the format, which was tested for the first time this year. One of these came from Göztepe Manager Stanimir Stoilov. Stoilov, whose team finished second in their group, said, "We collected 9 points with 3 wins in the group. We fulfilled our duty. I could not understand the group stage system. We finished the group without playing against our opponent (Fenerbahçe). We won all our matches but did not find the opportunity to play against our opponent."
