Young woman stabbed 17 times

In an incident that occurred recently in the Atatürk neighborhood, a suspect identified as A.E. attacked his neighbor, Ş.K., for reasons yet unknown. Ş.K., who was reportedly alone in her home, was stabbed 17 times in various parts of her body by A.E. and was left severely injured. Following reports from bystanders, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

Found on the ground covered in blood, Ş.K. was taken to İlhan Varank Training and Research Hospital after receiving initial treatment at the scene. It was learned that the woman, who is currently in intensive care, remains in critical condition.

A.E., who attempted to flee after the attack, was apprehended and taken into custody by police teams in a short time. It is alleged that the suspect has a criminal record for 4 separate offenses. After completing his procedures at the police station, A.E. was brought before a court, arrested, and sent to prison.
