The world's best breakfasts ranked! Turkey is on the list too

In the TasteAtlas June 2025 rankings, traditional Turkish breakfast was chosen as the best breakfast in the world.

Six different items from Turkey were included in the list of the World's 50 Best Breakfasts. Kahvaltı (Turkish breakfast) ranked first, Katmer ninth, Mercimek Çorbası (lentil soup) twelfth, Börek twenty-fourth, Bal Kaymak twenty-eighth, and finally, Gözleme ranked forty-sixth.
