Have medication reports been extended?

It had been announced by the Ministry of Health that all time-limited reports would remain valid until December 31. With little time left until 2024, the validity periods of health reports have come to the agenda once again.

According to a letter from the Ministry of Health's General Directorate of Health Services, it has been decided that the report durations, which were last extended until December 31, will continue until June 30, 2024.

The statement in the letter is as follows: ''It has been evaluated that it would be appropriate for the reports of individuals who have a time-limited health report that expired/will expire after 01.01.2020 and for whom a new report has not been issued to continue to be accepted as valid until 30.06.2024.''

The continuation of the statement included the following: ''In order to prevent grievances in the period after 30.06.2024 and to avoid density in health service providers due to the renewal of reports, I kindly request that those who benefit from rights and services dependent on health reports be reminded by the institutions providing these rights and services that they must renew their reports by this date, and that the necessary work and procedures be carried out by ensuring inter-institutional cooperation on the aforementioned matters.''
