New era in e-Nabız for prescription drugs: Find out which pharmacy has which medicine in seconds

As part of regulations accelerating digitalization in the health sector, accessing prescription drugs is becoming much more practical with the new "Where is My Medicine?" application integrated into the e-Nabız platform. With this new function, users will be able to instantly see which pharmacies have the medicines written on their prescriptions, along with district information.

The innovative feature serves all citizens with an e-Nabız account, covering prescriptions written within the last five days. They will be able to view which pharmacy has the medicines they are looking for in stock with just a few clicks, both during and outside of regular business hours.

Furthermore, users can easily find the pharmacy that will provide their medicine for night or emergency needs by selecting only "pharmacies on duty." This function offers a digital solution to the ordeal of searching for pharmacies.

When a user selects a pharmacy that has the medicine, the directions feature in the e-Nabız application is also activated. Thus, citizens can save time by learning the most suitable route to the pharmacy via the map.

It is noted on the screen that stock information reflects the previous day, and citizens are advised to confirm stock by phone before going to the pharmacy. This warning aims to protect users against the possibility that the medicine may have been purchased by another patient in the short term.

Additionally, an improved feedback system has been implemented on the platform to increase data accuracy. Users will be able to provide evaluations and update notifications regarding issues such as the pharmacy's address, contact and location information, and medicine stock.

With this innovation, the process of obtaining prescription drugs has become much faster, more practical, and user-oriented.
