Breaking News... New development in İmamoğlu's diploma case: Request rejected
In the lawsuit filed by Ekrem İmamoğlu over the annulment of his undergraduate diploma, Istanbul 5th Administrative Court has rejected his request for a stay of execution.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor and CHP's presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu had requested a stay of execution in the lawsuit he filed against the annulment of his undergraduate diploma.
However, Istanbul 5th Administrative Court rejected the request. The court's decision was made by the duty president and members.
Following the annulment of İmamoğlu's undergraduate diploma, his postgraduate diploma had also been annulled.
