Breaking News... Significant development regarding the 'Absolute Nullity' case: It will not be merged with the IMM file
The Istanbul 40th High Criminal Court has rejected the proposal to merge the criminal case concerning the Republican People's Party (CHP) convention process with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) case.
The request to examine the criminal case regarding the CHP convention, which is being heard in Ankara, together with the ongoing IMM file in Istanbul, was not found appropriate by the Istanbul 40th High Criminal Court.
Thus, the CHP convention case, which is continuing at the Ankara 26th Criminal Court of First Instance, and the IMM file will proceed independently of each other.
With the court's decision not to merge the files, the legal proceedings regarding the CHP's convention process will maintain their current course. It was reported that the upcoming hearings of the case being heard at the Ankara 26th Criminal Court of First Instance will continue as planned.
