Deniz Uğur wins custody of her twins
Deniz Uğur has succeeded in the lawsuit she filed to gain custody of her twin children. The court has granted custody of the children to Uğur, taking it from Reha Muhtar.
In the case heard at the Istanbul 14th Family Court, it was decided that custody of Deniz Uğur's twin children, P.D.M. and M.D.M., be granted to their mother. The court permitted Reha Muhtar to visit his children on specific days each month, during religious holidays, and on Father's Day between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
In a statement made after the court session, Reha Muhtar said, "I have paid all the tuition fees at the private schools. I have fulfilled every duty. I have covered all their expenses." Deniz Uğur's lawyer, Feyza Altun, stated, "My client and I have been fighting a legal battle for years against Muhtar's slanders. Today, we are experiencing the rightful victory of this struggle."
