Fahrettin Gökberk Akbulut was taken into custody as part of an investigation conducted under the instructions of the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. BLOCKED FROM ACCESS
During the detention process, all of Akbulut's digital materials were seized. Additionally, it was announced that the social media account "Distaste" has been blocked from access.
Akbulut, who was referred to the courthouse, appeared before a judge. The court ruled for his arrest in line with the charge of "publicly inciting the public to hatred and hostility." It was stated that investigations regarding the procedures carried out within the scope of the investigation are ongoing.
