Ministry of Justice announces: Access to UYAP will be suspended
The Ministry of Justice has announced that access to the UYAP system will be unavailable during certain hours on Friday, June 12, 2026, due to a software update. Officials have warned users with time-sensitive transactions to complete their processes in advance to avoid potential loss of rights.
A temporary interruption in access to the National Judiciary Informatics System (UYAP) will occur as part of a planned software update by the Ministry of Justice.
According to the announcement, the UYAP system will be closed to use between 19.00 and 22.00 on June 12, 2026, due to update work. It was stated that the duration of the interruption may be extended if the work cannot be completed within the planned time.
ACCESS WILL BE SUSPENDED DUE TO UPDATE
Access to the system will not be possible during the maintenance and update work to be carried out on UYAP, which is used by millions of citizens as well as lawyers and members of the judiciary.
IMPORTANT WARNING TO USERS
In the statement made by UYAP, it was emphasized that users should complete their time-sensitive and important transactions before the interruption.
The statement included the following: "In order to prevent any loss of rights, you are required to perform your time-sensitive and important transactions during working hours, taking this announcement into account."
