Custody lawsuit filed against Elon Musk!

Ashley St. Clair has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk to seek sole legal custody of their infant son, R.S.C. St. Clair submitted the custody petition to the New York Supreme Court on February 21, 2025. In the filing, St. Clair emphasized that R.S.C.'s primary residence is in New York and alleged that Musk has not been involved in the care or upbringing of the child since his birth.

ALLEGATION OF FATHER ELON MUSK

In her petition, St. Clair claims that Elon Musk is the father of her child, who was born in September 2024. However, she states that Musk did not attend R.S.C.'s birth, that they have only met three times, and that he has made no contribution to the child's care or upbringing. She further asserts that Musk has acknowledged being the child's biological father and that this acknowledgment is documented in various written records.

PREGNANCY ALLEGATION

According to the petition, St. Clair and Musk began a romantic relationship around May 2023. The couple engaged in sexual intercourse in January 2024, which led to St. Clair becoming pregnant with R.S.C. St. Clair detailed this situation in her petition.
