Exemplary act by a cleaning worker in Esenyurt: He reunited the money he found with its owner

In Esenyurt, Tuncay Menekşe, an employee of the Cleaning Affairs Directorate, found a bag full of money on the road while heading to a shopping center during his lunch break. Menekşe requested help from Sultaniye Neighborhood Headman Ali Yıldız to find the owner of the money in the bag.

As a result of the work he carried out in a short time, Headman Yıldız determined that the lost money belonged to 70-year-old Halis Yıldırım. Halis Yıldırım and Tuncay Menekşe were brought together at the headman's office, and the money was returned to its owner.
