Rappers take to the streets following İmamoğlu's arrest
Turkey's leading rap artists have joined the protests that began following the arrest of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu. Advocates of hip-hop culture have made their voices heard on the streets and on social media against the injustices taking place.

According to the report in Cumhuriyet, Ezhel, İmpala, Rota, Kamufle, Hidra, and Allame are among those who have released tracks regarding the events; Sirello Joker, Şehinşah, Muerte, and Lil Zey are also set to release tracks soon.
