The death of Güllü, the powerful voice of Arabesque music, has plunged Turkey into mourning. The artist, whose real name was Gül Tut, lost her life after falling from the balcony of her 6th-floor apartment in the Çınarcık district of Yalova.

The cameras captured the famous singer walking around inside the house before going out to the terrace, followed by her daughter and friend running out in a panic, screaming, upon the sound of the fall.

The moments from the artist's last walk to her return home were recorded by the apartment building's security cameras. According to the footage, Güllü returns home after a short walk.

After midnight, screams are heard throughout the apartment building. Her daughter and friend, in a state of great panic, knocked on the doors of the apartments one by one to ask for help.

A funeral ceremony for the famous artist will be held today following the noon prayer at the Sultan 1st Ahmet Mosque in Tuzla, Istanbul. Güllü will be laid to rest amidst the tears of her loved ones.
